·       Give you an introduction to figurine and character making
·       How to make beautiful roses without cutters and molds, and how to dust them for extra realistic effect
·       How to use stencils as well as techniques using other various cutters and molds

You will need to bring with you:
Your lunch
Cake no bigger than 9 inches in diameter. Your cake needs to be dense enough to support ganache and fondant – a chocolate mud cake is great,
  Ganache (recipe and method of ganache available under documents tab on booking site)
You will need a pallet knife, a paring knife or some other small sharp knife and a smoother and a 9inch cake card – available from Kiwicakes, all other equipment will be provided. Not necessary but if you have at home, can you please bring- a lazy suzy and a rolling pin.  Click here to book
